Our Instructors

Gabe's Martial Arts career began at the young age of 4 doing Karate. He continued in Karate until the age of 7, but wanted to try something that was more contact based. He started Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Gracie Barra in Gainesville but due to a restructure and a move, started taking private lessons with Coach Brooks. Gabe has been training with Ground Rules since its opening. He also takes private lessons with different coaches to advance his jiu jitsu since he's been competing since he was 8. He's working towards his Green Belt and hopes to be a Blue Belt by the time he's 16. 

In his free time, Gabe enjoys wood working, swimming, browsing antique shops, video games and spending time with his dog, Nova.
